A must try Food or Cuisine??

I love to do food trip but I can only do that here in my country. Next year, I will be able to start traveling since my scholarship bond will end next year. Yippee!! I'm free! Anyways, I want to travel and one of the things I want to do is EAT!!! Yes, EAT! I love to eat and try different cuisines. I hope you can suggest a must try food or restaurant in your place or your country. Hope I could a lot of suggestions here! Thanks much in advance! :)

I love Asian food. When I was a child we would get Chinese food often (or what is sold here as being Chinese) and then when I got older I tried other Asian foods. I particularly like Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai. If I go out to eat, it is rarely someplace to get "American" food.

It's really good! And it's not too heavy. There are lots of vegetable dishes and delicious sauces. I could eat it every day!
