do you believe that the hard job is starting?? like in mylot, the hard step is when we must start from zero or maybe after getting the payment, we start for collecting our earning again from zero... like in the company, the hardest step for workers in their first day..They shoul know exactly their job description, their company profile, their company vision and mission, their company mate and so on.. many of them include us maybe is failed in the first things or first day...right?? share your opinion about it

sure, it is really hard starting something. it also depends on how far are you willing to go if you wanted to start a thing. you have to have the spirit to fight and do things right. even if you know, there are no easy job now, you have to prepare yourself and stay on the track to get it going. yes, we may fail, but don't let it ruin you. learn to face your mistakes and see them as stepping stone to reach your target goal.

It is always the hardest thing to start on something new. Either we are afraid to begin because we dont have any knowledge about it or that we dont have the guts. But always remember nothing venture nothing gain. I am talking about the good stuff. Be brave to initiate. Once you get it started the rest will be easy. We learn as we get along. It is interesting to learn somthing new on the way. Sometimes we stumble but its ok. We get up and try again.

I think nothing in this world is easy, specially earning money. I must be happy that I manage to spend the money I have and I know that it is from my hard work and not from begging it to others.

There is a saying, that states that all beginnings are hard, and this is true for almost everything in this life. Life starts with pain, because birth is full of it, and this is true for the rest of our life also. And because people know that every beginning is hard, many of them opt not to try many things out, because they are afraid of difficulties. But after we get a certain routine, things which seemed difficult in the beginning are piece of cake, and other difficulties come in our way. It is important to have strong will and we will overcome the difficulties in our lives.

We have to train ourselves in order to have this positive attitude, and we must not be afraid of failure. If we can do this, and even if we fail, we can stand up, we have chances to become successful people.

That may be true, but remember this. Like here in MyLot, even though we get paid out and we start from zero, there is a reward at the end. We will eventually reach another payout. Like a job, you may start work on Monday, but at the end of the week we get paid again. It is always a good feeling.

@nophie : it`s simple...Sunday is rest day and Monday is the beginning for working..it is the biggest reason, why many people are lazy in Monday

haha actually that is true for me in mylot. everytime i have cashed out every 15th, i would see my account down to a certain level and it would sort of make me hesistate to start again and work harder because i know it is not close to the amount that i can get paid out... but i somehow manage and just try to overlook the cash amount i have so that i would just post away as much as i can and just catch up more when i an really close to pay out. :D

first days are the worst in any job. i always get so nervous with afraid to do something wrong. i just wish i was more confident. do things calmly and without stress. sometimes i dont know why im so nervous. i think its bcs we dont exactly know how things will work. but after some monthes we get used to it. and then we have more confidence i guess.

hi, yes, that is true and really happen in to our life, when we are starting to our new work because of course you need to know first the regular employees and boss, and aside from that those rules and those do's and dont's,that was what i experienced in my previous work.

Hi friend, we don't have any experience in the beginning and we are fresher to the activity, so some people will get fear in their starting days and think it is really hard to start some thing new, but they are wrong. If we start our work with our full interest, we will learn it soon and achieve a lot in our work based on our skills and experience

Yes starting anything is not a simple it may be the toughest part of the job. But as soon as one gets comfortable doing the job he forgets that it was once so complicated or far away from his reach. This is human nature or you can say human psychology. But it might not apply fir everyone there may be possibilities that one at first might take it easy and get to the half way and then start puzzling and all look him to be monotonous. So it depends and varies person to person or personality to personality. That is why world is strange place.

I agree with you completely. The hardest part from doing something is to start it. But when you've become accustomed with it you can begin to do it with ease =D

I completely agree with your statement. The hardest part is in starting anything. If its is mylot or any offline job. The first time, there are lots of doubts. You dont know what exactly to do and also is worried about guidelines and all.

A journey to a thousand miles starts with one big step. Initially considered the hard part, but once you started doing so, then sooner or later everything seems to be routine and easily adaptable to your talent and skills. What is important though is being prepared and cautious.

Of course when one is new wherever, she/he starts from zero. Just as in a job, you have to put on a capital, like your own money for your allowances while you work. And so with Mylot. You have to bear being in zero and slowly work yourself up to the highest star.

of course..it`s zero star and we must be active so our star is increased in mylot.. in own business perspective like that..we should collect money for business capital.. but how the first being as employer??
