You wanna be healthy, workout have the body of a Greek god but that would mean you would have to eat tasteless food that tastes like card boxes at best. Or be a man with a beer belly to boast of but enjoy some of the best cuisine human kind has invented. What would you choose?

Even though that sounds nice, I am not working towards building a body like a Greek God. I like food too much to strive for that. That doesn't mean I'm just going to let myself go. I lift weights, mostly to build more functional strength, nothing wrong with having excessive strength. So that means eating food. There are quite a few of those people, particularly bodybuilders, that when they are ripped to such extremes, they are actually at the weakest point. The diet just allows them to show off the muscle mass and detail. They actually have more strength when they are not preparing for a contest. I'm not saying that bodybuilders are weak, because they still have a lot of muscle mass, but for me personally, that diet is a bit extreme for my taste. It would probably only work for me, if I successfully kill the taste buds in my tongue. So to answer your question, I'm going for the middle. Growing big muscle mass, but also be a more realistic and practical about it as well.

I would prefer to be in the middle. If you desire to have a body like a Greek god, yes, diet must be very strict, but if one just wants the health, occasional 'unhealthy' foods may be considered, maybe once or twice a month. After all, what is important is not what food you eat, but the frequency in which you eat healthy or unhealthy foods. :)

I know that you don`t have to make that choise as the world is not only about black and white. I can eat gourmet food in reasonable amounts and I can still enjoy a heslthy lifestylre. Cardboard boxes is, for me, another name for fast food food. But I can Eat a piece of salmon with some nice salads and maybe a piece of cooked yuca, potato ot pumpkin over some asparagus and I bet it has less calories than the greasy hamburger with fried potatoes.

Hmm, I think you can enjoy it in moderation. I always aware of my health so I'm trying to eat healthy everyday, but I do eat my favourite food like ice cream, cakes, steak, fast food, etc for once in a while.
I think it's better if you can limit what in common sense been thought as an unhealthy food but don't stress yourself by always worrying about what you have to eat. Once in a while food like that is okay, but always try to eat healthy as well like vegetables and fruits and limit your salt and sugar intake. Because you'll only realized about how valuable your health is until you've lost it so don't wait until you lost it.
