That is very understandable, usually we tend to go back to eating the way we used to eventually after losing weight. I know that the few times in my life when I have lost weight I have usually ended up gaining it back and a couple of pounds too boot. About 2 years ago I lost 27 pounds so that I could be healthier I have been really good about keeping it off for the most part. I have gained back 6 pounds of it but I have kept most of it off. I even hope to lose the other 6 pounds back again and another 10 would be great, but I would just be happy to lose those 6 pounds again, but even if I don't I still weigh less now than I did 2 years ago and for many years before that. I weigh less at 47 then I did at 39 so that makes me happy.

Sorry I forgot to answer about weighing ourselves. I weight myself daily to be honest. Not necessarily to be obsessive about it but because I know when I go a few days without weighing myself it gets easy to then try to avoid the scale, and then of course I will gain weight because ignorance is bliss and if I don't look then I won't know that I gained weight. I also like to monitor how things are going if my weight is a little up one day then I know I need to be a little more careful that day, if it is down I am happy and go about my day as normal, if it is the same that is good too.

I am losing weight at the moment, and I will weigh myself every couple of days because of this. It helps for me to know where I am up to if I work like this, because if I have lost a little weight then I know that I am doing the right thing, and if I have gained weight then I know that I need to change something about my diet and exercise regime. I have lost over a hundred pounds in the past two years by doing this, so I am very proud of myself that I have managed to do this. I only have a few more pounds to lose now, and I know that I am going to manage it.

I love losing weight , because I had gain 20 lbs and it all fat when I am in first year college and I felt uncomfortable with it. I engage myself in hobby called "running" and adjusted the foods I ate, and boom right now I am used to running and eating just right.

Just relax it will take time and do not think too much about it.
Just forget it like you never thought of it and add
Yes add calories to your diet.
Plus take a good diet and take it on time. Make out an eating schedule.
Add light meals in between major meals.
Plus if you take it fast It also add on to your weight.
If you would be worried all the time you will lose it more.
Just forget about it and think of food delicious food when you are free.
What is your favorite dish ask your feeder to make that dish for you. And eat it and have a good time.

Weighing yourself everyday is too much. Once a week is normal. We should not be obsess in losing weight but concentrate more on being healthy. Avoid skipping meals just to loss weight because it is an unhealthy habit. Concentrate more on eating fruits and vegetables. Cheers!

I dont think you have to weigh yourself daily. but may be you can try weighing once in a week. i would suggest dont worry too much about your weight. Go for walking and cycling and other exercises. you will remain healthy.

I don't obsess with my weight right now even though I'm trying to lose some since sometimes it makes me depressed and upset making me want to eat more instead of just go with what I'm doing to lose the weight. I only check my weight every two weeks to see my improvement.

I think that weighing more often will distract you from your goal of loosing weight. Sometimes it has psychological effect in us in any way... However, sometimes it is good to know by surprise how much weight you loose. Try concentrating on the way to loose than the weight you have lost.
