This site is a Fiverr clone site called Tenrr. But unlike Fiverr, it has an instant payout (no need to wait for 14 days) and there's no fees. Tenrr is more flexible when it comes to pricing but the maximum pricing limit is $10.
So what would you do for $10? And what do you think of Tenrr? (Google it)

I know about this site and you have to post job at Tenrr and get hired. I would keep the money had I earned and build up earnings.

But too bad about the lack of traffic/visitors/buyers to that site.
That means you have to promote your gig like crazy.
