My weight is increasing in every month

I am worry about my weight do you know any suggestion for decreasing it. Before 2 months my weight was 55 and not 59. I cant understand what is happening this and my weight in increasing from wrong way my stomach is looks like pregnant women but I am not pregnant and misunderstanding the people because of big stomach. I am waiting when God will give this gift to me.
Whats the reason may be behind this no extra eating only two times lunch and dinner no snacks in the morning no breakfast. Only taking tea and small glass of water milk in morning time.

Hi surekha,
I think 59 kg is not more for you but you get 4 kg in just 2 months, this is danger.
You have to maintain your diet.Some time we think that we are not eating more then also why getting fat. This is because we are eating normal but we are taking more calories in that food, You have to avoid more calories food like potato , non veg,etc. and have to use in your food that contain more fibber. Fibber burn calories.
1. you have to use green tea without milk and sugar.
2. Daily take 1 glass of water with honey in early morning, just after get up.
3. Do some exercise :
1. 2 km walk (can in home from one room to another room)
2. 20 sit up
3. 100 Rasi kud
4. Go 10 time terrors in a day
5. Drink a penalty of water.
6. Yoga ... (Kappal bhrti)
You will loose your weight rapidly :)

Wow!!!! nice response and suggestion. I will try all really honey in water is good. Ohhh walking is not possible for me waking up late morning. Yoga is very good.

I think everyone is concerned about their weight. Women tend to on weight easily as they age. Fats love to accumulate around the tummy areas. The only way we can fight these ugly fats from padding around our tummy is to watch what we eat and to excercise more.

hi zandy and sure my doctor told me that of all exercises
'walking is best as its simple easty to do and a lot of time
fun as you can walk along some favorite place and e njoy
the view. for me its hard as I am physically handicapped but
I can do a little walking. do trry it but do not wear'yourself out
as thats also not healthy. and please do not eat too little as you will not lose as your body is smart and thinks you are
starving s o it holds onto that fat. lol

Hi dear,
First I wish to tell you, your skipping of breakfast is having an important role. Apart from this, some women gain weights after 35 years. You can have a walk in every morning which may help dear. Reduce the intake of fat. Have your dinner early, means before 7 pm and reduce the quantity too. Avoid eating rice in night. I believe regular exercise will you help for sure. Please please don't skip your breakfast.

Nice suggestion dear friendI eat rice only once in week at night time. Nobody like rice in my house. Still I have no issue so why weight is increasing. My Dr. told my meanswear is going because age is more. No capacity of conceive. Some time when I thing about this cried.

with reference to what you have posted, perhaps the food intake you are doing is not the right scheme to do. as many people says, the most powerful meal is the breakfast so you must have it to gain enough strength during the day. then just take a light snack if you feel a bit of hunger. for lunch, you can now skip it if you have taken a powerful breakfast. and for the dinner, you can just take a small cup of rice to sustain you until the morning time plus eating a light part of your viand. another thing, do take a daily dose of exercise. it could be a simple walk around your streets. thus in this way, hope you can reduce your weight.

Hmmm long time join my discussion how are you friend? I not take light of heavy snack directly meals on afternoon and night time. Yes you are right walking is good way to loose the weight thanks to share it.

Excess sleep will add on weight. Plus if you sleep in the afternoon even one hour every day it will increase weight. You must practice to have 7/8 hours sleep in the night and not sleep in the afternoons. keep yourself busy and active. move around the house and do all the work.

You say you don't have breakfast and that is a big error...I my self don't like eating early in the morning but eat something light at about 9 am may be some fruit or 2 toasts with an egg or any thing I like...you see you should have at least 3 meals a day! one of which should be bigger than the other 2...may be have a light breakfast a bigger lunch and a light dinner and in betwin meals have some fruit as a snack so you won't be hungry.

Yes I not eat the breakfast or not eat the meals other than two times. But today I watch my weight is 60 and in last two months 55. How increasing the weight in danger way now I am not good looking.

Actually it could be that you are eating too much with the two meals that you are eating during the course of the day. The reason that I say this is that I've heard time and time again from a variety of different sources that it is much better for your metabolism if you always have a little something on your stomach as opposed to letting yourself be empty most of the time. The reason that this happens is because the body is actually burning fat while you are digesting things that you've eaten.

Long ago, I had a terrible raging toothache. During it, I could not eat anything and I lost 8 kilos in a week. My family doctor joked about it and told me that it was the proof that those saying that they were not eating though taking some weight were liars. He was speaking of my mother : she was always complaining to take one kg or two without eating more. There is only two solutions : to monitor more closely the calories you are eating -- you don't need to do a real diet for an excess of 4 kg : it is not a disaster -- or to do some exercise -- walking instead of taking a car to do shopping by example --, or both of them. It is also easier to take weight when getting older and you have to be a bit more watchful.

As I have always been slim, I was not so lucky, and I needed several months to take these 8 kg back and have my "normal" weight again. I exaggerated a bit : I was eating a few liquid yogurts and soups, but it was definitely not enough, and I was hungry, but the toothache was terrible.
I was jogging until a few months ago, but it becomes harder with the age. I have bought a mountain bicycle and I am now doing 2 hours of bicycle twice a week. I am not sure it would be enough to lose weight, but it is as good as jogging for the health, and I have discovered a lot of new country lanes around. It is another possibility to stay in shape and not take weight.

Ohhh God 8 kilos in a week really lucky person. Without eating one week I will die because I can stay single day without eating because I take only lunch and dinner not other time eating. Morning walk is also helpful for weight loss but my wake up time is not good I wake up at 7O'clcok.

Hello surekaharathi, not only you even i am feeling the same that i am increasing weight day by day. I do some yoga and all house hold work but still it is increasing, i tried to reduce to take food less compared to before but no use. I am feeling hungry frequently. Don't skip breakfast and dinner it may give side effects. But reduce in the intake meals. I think that will be better. I am also trying the same.

But friend I am not feeling hungry eat the food only two time afternoon and night time. No in evening or morning. No breakfast no snacks. I think I should start the Yoga because everyone was telling me ohhh you are seeing fat.

We have the same predicament surekha!
I think, for me it's because i am already in my middle age. As i have read, once we advance in age, the tendency if for us to gain weight, because our metabolism decreases.
I am not yet overweight since at 5"3.5 i am 125 lbs. But my problem is the fat in my stomach keeps getting big.

Largely it depends on one's genes. If your mother or father is fat the tendency is you may also become fat. To avoid that one has to restrict fat - avoid ghee, sugar, oil-- take more of vegetables instead of rice or wheat. also nowadays we sit and do work on computer for a longer time and that may be one reason. Instead go our for walk, jogging, exercising and it may help. But increase of 4 kg is ok not a problem but appearance is important.
I wish God gives you the child you aspire for. I am sure you will be praying for it daily and also visiting the nearby temple once in a week regularly.

Sir in my both family FIL's and my mothers house nobody fat. All are slim and heighted. Ohh yes we put ghee on chapati, sugar in tea and oil in sabji. I not eat rice only once in week. Yes I believed on God one day they will hear my pray and see my tears. Thanks to join my discussion.

I think you should do more excercise. Excercise can make you slim and healty. Everyone know this truth, but it's hard to stick to do. Keeping fitness needs at least half minitues excercise for each day without any interruption. It's easy to find out our healty problem, and we can decide to do excercise enthusiastically in the first, but if we find that doing excercise is very bored and tired, we can give up easily. So i think the first thing is to find the fun of doing excercise.

Dont worry talkative women 60 kg is not more but increasing monthly means worry. My weight is only 40kg. and my daughter weight is also 40kg. We both are same. You should morning walk and some exercise.

Hi, your question is nice. I hope you are getting lots of money through mylot so u r not even moving from the system. This leads to danger, because even software engineers who work continuously in front of the system will get the stomach. My advice is you must drink lots and lots of water.....so when there is any waste in stomach it will come out...dont give ur body rest more time. And also don't sleep in the afternoon. Try to do yoga when time permits. Then again you will slim like bava Ramdev(yoga guru) from india.

hi surekharathi sometimes its not how m any times we eat'but what we ear that makes us gain weight. Too much rice or potaotes are very starchy and will make one gain weight. so cut back on starch foods and eat more vegetables and fru it and lean meat not fatty meat, too many fatty foods are not too good for us plus can be hard on ourhearts.
for a lot of people walking is the best exercise and you
do n ot have to wear youorself out just thirty minutes maybe four days a week and it should make you start losing weight. also my dear friend suekhaahti do not cut way down on food as too few calories will make you body think you are starving and will hang on to the fat for dear life. so stick to maybe 1500 calories a day.
also hope one day you find you have gained some weight only because God has decided its time for that baby boy or girl. hugs from hatley hope I have helped in some way.for me as a diabetic its a struggle all the time with my weight but my doctor had some tests done and found I had low thyroid so put me on medication and I have now lost from 210 to 195 and am going to try to get to 150 so I will really be able to control my blood sugar.

Dadi ma I not eat rice more only one time in a week and in our family no one like Potatos so I eat only two times in weak. I am waiting dadi ma when your blessings will help me. Whenever I think about a baby I cried because complete 9 years of marriage but still no issue. Dr. said your conceive capacity is low means low fertility. I am also thinking this may thyroid problem because weight is increasing in danger way. Thanks to pray for me.

maybe you just need to pay more attention to your health.
or to start a diet to reduce belly fat or just some exercises.

You are right morning and night walk will helpful for me. But night time spend for watching TV program and not wake up early morning but I will try.
