How to hire the best people online to work from home?

I wanted to get advice from friends out there on what is the best way to screen good people out to hire them to work from home for me. I need writers to write book reviews and comment on them. Also to do some general social media things for me online. The problem is, finding people I can trust to get things done on time. I have 9 people working for me now, 3 out of the 9 people have been getting lazy and I would like to let them go. The problem is finding good honest people to replace them. I thought in this ecomony people would appreciate making a little bit of money working from home? What advice do you have in screening people ou to pick the best people ?

I think you choose a dynamic people who work with you with flexible time. Choose also people who is dedicated and loyal which is easy to manage in case you have a request of redo something on his/her jobs. If you have people who are working with you and they are trusted in so many things. Why do you want to replace them...they are proven good and I think no need for them to replace because hiring a good one is not easy...
