Change of Season - makes me sick

It seems every time the season is changing, I get quite sick. The worst is the change between winter and spring, obviously because of all the pollen in the air. But it is not just spring that does it to me. I also get sick going from Spring into Summer, summer into Autumn and Autumn into Winter. Now I am wondering if this is simply a coincidence or if there is actually a reason behind it. Does anyone else suffer the same problem.

good day inmyopinion,
upon reading your post, well, it is normal to be sick when a change in season occurs. as our body immunity system adjust to the change in weather. however, with regard to your condition, perhaps, it will be best if you can seek a medical advice so you can treat your health the right way. maybe you just need some vitamins to increase your immunity system. hence, in that way, you can also prevent your body to be prone to sickness. stay healthy as always.

I must admit that I have not tried to boost my immune at these specific times. I think it might be a good idea to be proactive and take some extra vitamin supplements or even just make sure my sleep and eating is good during these times to try and make sure I am ready for the change in season. Actually, perhaps I should just adopt a healthier lifestyle overall. It is not that I have a really unhealthy lifestyle, but I don't do a lot of exercise and my diet isn't perfect. I have a naturally slender physique so I don't have the motivation that a lot of people have in being healthy i.e. losing weight. I can sit on the couch and eat cake for weeks on end and still not put on weight if I want - not that I do that!

My health gets a lot worse in the winter, as I have poor circulation and it also causes me more problems than I normally have with my joints.
My mum also suffers when the seasons change as she has asthma, a long with loads of other health problems, so I do think that the changes of seasons can and do make health problems for us at some point in our lives.

A small percentage can be afflicted with these kind of " seasonal allergy". Most common outdoor allergens, like tree pollen, grass pollen and mold, increase in production when temperatures and humidity are high.
