Well thank u for sharing such an information. Well yes, Teej is a beautiful and auspicious occasion for all the Indian women as they keep fasts for the entire day for the long lives of their husbands and this is such an epic gesture by the woman community who have been following this tradition with a lot of gusto. Their prayers are also answered by God and they are blessed with a happy married life. Hats off to these ladies who keep fasting for the entire day.
What say?

Wow, what a tradition? me too, I salute every married women of India for doing this Teej tradition. For me, without taking food and water for one whole day is a form of sacrifice and one way of showing their love to their husbands.
