how to gain weight faster?

i am having hard time gaining weight lately.. well im not so fat before yet i lost weight when i was a student nurse 3 years ago.. now i am having hard time and i really want to gain atleast 5kl.. i am currently 45kl and my height is 5'2.. may nutritionist said that its fine yet i want to gain atleast just a little ..

banana? seriously? I know a lot of women who cut down from eating rice and preferred eating bananas to trim down their weight. It really works for those who want to loose weight! I didn't know that bananas can also make a person fat.

Work out. Seriously. You need to focus on cardio, muscle strenght, conditioning, toning, etc. Everything, But you need to focus more on muscle building and muscle toning. Muscle weighs more than fat, and exercise is better for your health. You can lift weights, and there are more than enough exercise you can do to build muscle without weights or equipment. You can do a quick search and find more than enough options.

thanks for the ideas! i am taking down notes :).. i really want to gain weight bfore decmber because my older brother will get marry.. i dont want to look so skinny in my gown! :) this wasnt a problem to me when i was in college but when i started working i felt horrible every end of my shift.. too bad for me.
