Though we all know health is important to us,we still ignore many aspects which are bad for us. Such as sit a long time in front of the computer,smoking ,drinking,lack of exercise and so on. At the same time,we are easily to ignore our mentality.With various reasons,we can't release the depressed feeling in time,then it will take a deeper influence on our body. But there is always someone said he is still youthful,so it's unnecessary to care much about health. Are you sure?are you still youthful?

I am now passing through the toughest time in my life.Physically I am fit and well.Have no problems either physical or mental.As is natural,I sometimes smoke and don't feel like taking exercises.Sometimes I don't chew my food properly.And sometimes I get depressed either.But I don't care.I know such things happen and we can't escape them.So I don't care for my health too much.In my opinion,being too much worried about health is likely to backfire.We should be a little careless to be healthy,fit and kicking.

Well,whatever we do ,it can't be excessive,or else,it will develop to a contrary direction. But it doesn't mean we should be a little careless be healthy,you know,a pot of milk ruined by a drop of poison,even it's a very small thing,but we do need to pay attention on it. When time is past,chace will be lost too. Of course,just for your information.

i think i should watch my health although i don't drink and smoke, i really spend a lot of time in front of the computer, i lack exercise, with regards to my mentality i don't know if there is something i can about mood swings and sometimes depressions

Hi,there. Though i said how important health is ,i didn't care much about it too. When i after school,i always sitting in front of the computer for more than 3 hours. We all do need change the bad habits,haha

xiaopinggai friend do not sit on computer for 3 hours because your eyes will become weak and you can become made also. your brain will not develop properly.

I just want to say there are so many factors which can influence our health, parts of them can be controlled by ourself, the others can't, like diet, exercise, smoking,drinking, these behaviors we can depend by ourself, but pollution and gene, we can't control. So i think it's no need to care my healthy in extreme, just live with my own lifestyle, happy, positive. For example, if a person love drinking very much, he would feel unhappy and depressed if he've been isolated with alchol for a long time, so drinking a litte but not excess is a better way for him.

Of course,there is no need to care it extremly. The same with you,i mean we need to watch it from our daily life,but you can keep your lifestyle,as long as you feel comfortable and happy.That's fine. Perhaps for myself's health is influenced seriously,then i become a little sensitive,it's very normal,right? When you realised there is some different thing happen to you one day,you will remember how precious it was in the past.

We should all care about our health no matter what our age is. If you take care of yourself early in life you will have less problems are you get older. Although you are allowed to indulge in your bad habits once in a while.

I'm a female not yet 18 who still looks like she's 13, but I am by no means still youthful. I have stress fractures from the waist down, an injury in my back, all sorts of pelvis and hip problems, head pains, etc. I am a full time college student, been in the military for almost a year, and work another job. And I support myself (along with my boyfriend, also in the service). I always try to stay happy, positive, relaxed, and try to take good care of myself, but it isn't always the case. Life's not easy, and my lack-of-youthfulness has shown it. But that does not mean that every minute of my life is not worth it, because it most certainly is.

Though i am a health person,i didn't treasure it,when i realised it,it's too late,my eyes ,my back,there are something wrong with them. You are great,and i should learn from you,you are a really independent person,no matter how difficult life is,i believe you can overcome it and you do . hi, i think that our health will regulate our face to be youthful,but there are still people who don't give any significant to there health,yes they abuse it but they will never feel that today but as they grow up they will gradually experience some illness to their body.

I believe many people have the nature of inertness just like me, especially young people. We are often tired after a day's hard work, when we are at home finally, we want to relax in our lazy ways, such as playing computer, lying on bed, etc. Now I am about forty and I realized that health is really important. As my workplace is far from home and it's about 1 hour's ride so I am going to ride a bike to my workplace, I hope I can be in good health in this way. Enjoy yourself!

Yeah that is right. I am not youthful at least presently. As you can read on my profile 'I do not box these days'. I do smoke yes I am a smoker. I do not meditate, But I should. I do not drink that is a good thing. I do not box or do any exercise, that is bad. But I walk. Again a good thing. I do cover many miles on foot. 10 should be the number I guess. Am I youthful anymore I guess I am not. Do I sit on computer much. Yes I do. Can I still box. Yes I can.

I am trying to eat healthy however I do sit too long in front of computer, and so I lack exercise. Even you're still young but if you keep always the unhealthy lifestyle, you'll get any illness eventually. I think, you need to keep your body to be healthy by healthy lifestyle since young. Since you won't realized how valuable health is until you've lost it...Don't wait until you've lost it...

Yes,when it's possible to chage the bad lifestyle,we need to take actions in time. My eyes are influenced seriously,i have to wear glasses wherever i go. That's a troublesome thing.
