Try to interact with people in English and see if u can interact with them easily or not. Then u can read out different books, magazines and articles all published in English either online or offline. Besides, u have Mylot forum where u can post comments and add discussions and thereby improve your English. What say?

you know i knew how to speak english. but bcs i started to come online very often and started to have online friends this helped me a lot. thanks to internet my english is good. i can understand pretty much everything. and anything i say people usually understand^^ practice your english by talking with people online. you can also watch movies in english and listen to english songs^^

Then I started to read whole books, usually taking me a week to finish a 500-page novel, eventually speeding up to just three days, and now just taking me just a few hours to finish it. They say that jogging exercise the muscles, I say reading exercises the mind, just be careful to read in a good light or you may end up wearing corrective lenses in the long run.
