The children doctors let me puzzle

When we prepare let my son to leave the children hospital,the doctor liu let we make an appointment for next treat program of high pressure oxygen,we don't make appointment.
That day doctor liu is in outpatient service,doctor zhu to ward round of doctor,she examine my son and watch the CT.She said my son don't lack oxygen,and the muscular tension isn't high,the CT shows can report my son is hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathe(HIE),or can not report my son is HIE.
Now,I am very puzzle with the doctor's remedy.

i am so sorry to hear that the doctors cannot give you an accurate diagnosis. is there any chance you can go to a different doctor, perhaps one you have never seen before? maybe getting a new opinion will help you better understand what needs to be done. i. am not sure what you can do except to keep asking questions and pray. My friend all my prayers are with you and he will be strong and successful! Keep faith and love! I will pray for you and your family that all will be well.

Yesterday,we bring my son to see another doctor,the doctor let us make a CT for my son's brain.Thanks for you are with me,I think my son will be strong and health day by day.Now my son like smile and can "ah ah" to flatus voice.I read some book,the baby's brain will in the high speed developmental phase after they are 3 month,so I think my son will better and better.

That is wonderful to hear that he is smiling and talking. I am very happy to hear that dear friend! I am so glad you took him to see another doctor I hope they can give you answers. If you sing and play music to him even while they are sleeping, it is supposed to stimulate the brain. Perhp this can also help him develop. Keep talking and doing what you are doing and in time he will be a healthy baby boy, strong smart and handsome.

Yes, my friend.
When I sing the song "husabuy,don't you cry",my son will go to sleep very soon.
Thanks your care,my son now is very clever,when I sing for him,his face always hang smile.
I down lots of children music,let my son hear,he like the "Just For You",the song is very good.
The beautiful songs really can help her brain grow and clever.I will stick on to let my son listen the wonderful music

Now in chinese hospital,the medicine feed doctors,doctors's income depend on the medicine which they make prescription for the patients.It's patients'sadness...
