I absolutely LOVE reading fan fictions, especially fics about TV shows and movies. Six years ago, I discovered fanfiction.net and all the fics there, I was in reader's paradise. This has since remain one of my favorite site, and I visit it literally every day. Still, I haven't even managed to read half of the fics there, there's just so many! My favorite fictions to read are from the TV shows Sherlock, Supernatural, Stargate SG1 and Criminal Minds. I also visit the movies section quite regularly. Anyone else visiting this site and can recommend other fics from there to read?

There are lots of sites out there with fan fiction, but fanfiction.net is one of the best, it has such a great variety of types, styles and shows. Fanfiction has the advantage of transforming a perfectly normal scene into something totally different. There is also the option of having crossovers that would never work anywhere else, how many times have your thought that it would be perfect if a show like Criminal Minds had a forensic team like CSI, between the two, no crime would go unsolved. The other advantage is the changing of endings of shows or movies or even books. It is always fun seeing other points of view of shows. Have fun.

Yes, I agree. Fanfiction.net is one of my favorite site which I visit everyday, without fail. It amazes me that there are actually many great writers out there who produce well-written and mature contents, not just on the fiction sections, but the original works too. All for our reading enjoyment since I don't think they're getting paid for their works. Very generous. It's practically a book-worm's paradise, which I am :) Enjoy your reading there too ;)

I love fanfictions too, I discovered them almost 3 years ago (we still don't have internet connections before so I only discovered it in 2009, I think). Yeah, I couldn't agree more to you about the site being a paradise. It's really a great feeling to be able to read and imagine your favorite characters in alternative universe and sometimes, coincidentally, the stories are what just you want them to be. I don't really read ff about TV shows, I'm into anime. ^^

I know right? For me, it's that the tv shows and movies are just not enough to feed my 'addiction' so to speak, especially when my favorite TV shows are on hiatus and I have to wait for the new season, such is the case with Supernatural and Sherlock right now. I'm into a few anime ffs too, such as Gundam Wing and Weiz Kreuz :)
