How to stop Mylot to send me Emails when my friends raise a post?

Dear friends,
Each day when I log in my Email box, there are so many emails about one of my friends in Mylot has raised a post. Well, though it is good to know that, too many such emails really bother me a little. I have tried to unsubscribe such Emails, but it seems there is no such an option to stop emails about one friend raise new post.
How about you,mylot friends, are you also bothered by such emails. How do you do with it? Thanks for sharing opinions.

For me, I am always behind in keeping up with discussions that my friends start in here, and a lot of it also depends on the amount of time I have to be active in here as well. But you can go into where your Friends are listed here, and turn off all the notifications and then find other ways to keep up. I think it is really up to you.

i think you can turn off the notifications
but it makes you didn`t know if there are somebody else which comment or respond in your discussion..i think you should change your email (from primary email to second or third email) so the email is only consist of mylot notification

Lately, I also find this notifications very annoying in my email. I keep on deleting them but as time passes by, more and more mails come. What I did was I changed my mylot email address, same address for my facebook where all of those notifications and spams are accumulated in a separate email.
