Walking as a Weight Loss Device!

Any MyLotters care to comments on my five discoveries on walking as a weight loss device. Firstly when walking just pick up the pace. Secondly, make sure you go around the entire block. Thirdly try to walk faster. And lastly do shorten you strides when walking. Any comments is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks a lot. Love:Bro. Joe
