How can i loss 20kilos of my weight ?

Ever since I am a child I am chubby, when I went to collage I am a fat young lady that always use loose clothes when ever i go out. I even can't wear my sleeveless because of my big and flabby arms. I am really embarrassed whenever someone's looking at my arms or my body. I can't get rid of eating in between meals and sleep a lot. I know I am lazy sometimes to go for a walk or jog with friends. Can someone help me how to loose all the extra pounds i have? Words of encouragement please.

I'm thinking a combination of exercising and ieting is the best way to lose weight. Cutting out simple things like soda or candy will already make a difference. Simple exercise routines will also help you lose some weight. You can start out easy and then build up.
I don't have to lose any weight, but I kind of want to lose like 5 kilos or something just to be fitter. I'm trying to pay attention to what I eat and exercise a little every day.

with you instead,i must put on weight.do you like sports,i think sport in suitable and eat more vegetable is good for lose weight,dont eat much fast food or junk food.Every day try to keep a good and positive,happy is the most important,sometime pressure is the cause of fat.Hope you will lose weight sucessful.

How badly do you want to lose this weight? How committed can you be to losing this weight? First off you need to change your lifestyle. Take walks. SOmetimes you have to trick yourself into doing this. Like park further away from places, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. THrow away all the 'loose' clothes. Changing your diet is a excellent idea. Don't eat white flour, sugar, etc. Instead of between meals eat more meals. Eat snack like meals five to six times a day. THis keeps your metabolism going all day. And healthy stuff. Lots of vegetable and fruit. These items have alot of fiber and liquid in them and will help clogged intestines be cleaned out. Drink lots of water daily. Drinking water helps flush out toxins and extra food lodged in the intestine and colon thus losing body weight. And you can get small weights and do arm exercises to get rid of the pudgy arms. I would also reccomend to you the site www.livestrong.com. Here you can keep track of your daily calorie intake and find out what foods have less calories. Good luck to you!

Well I have the same problem with the arm thingy. I research a lot about how to make it look slimmer and I found out that mild weight lifting can help tone the muscles and make it less flabby looking.
If you want to trim down though you would need some effort. Start by allotting a time for exercise a day. Even 30 minutes would do some difference if you do it regularly. Do not deprive yourself of food, but be sure to eat a balanced meal and please do it moderately. Drink lots of water.
And if your bowel movement is not daily, I recommend you drink prune juice. It is available in the market I'm sure.
