Some serious advice needed friends...

hello dear mylotters....
I am going to make a site and want to buy some hosting space and a domain name for the same...
I search the google for all possible hosting site and I found that
there is a lot of site like.. godaddy, bluehost,bigrock,ipage,unlimiteg gb...etc etc.
and also have checked many site for top listing sites providing domain and web hosting..I checked review for those sites and got a 40 /60 response from the reviewer.. means 60% saying that the site is good for hosting and 40 % saying that the site is slow.. they do not give money back though they are saying so.. the up speed sucks.. bla bla... and I am getting confused in choosing the site
yesterday I almost going to make payment for the hosting for 2 years with a domain name in a site and one of my friend show me a review just before that and stopped me
then I decided to make a discussion for the same and here is it...
As a starter I am looking for a site which will give me cheapest but the best service for the hosting..so hope I am at the right place to get some good suggestion from you guys...
suggest me the site name with its feature...as it is not possible for me to search all the hosting site available over the internet...though I am still looking for it..
and also hope I will get it soon...

I currently have 12 sites used for my affiliate programs. I use SEOhosting and 1and1 for buying a domain. To create the site I use Wordpress. I had no problems so far. May I know what would be the site for? Just go to domain(dot)com and type in your desired site name and see if it's still available. If yes, then you can buy it on 1and1 Hope this helps.

We just started the SEO and other marketing strategies like submitting articles and videos. Usually it would take months before you can earn from this business. Will inform you as soon as we start earning from the sites. :)
