Netbook Cannot Boot Up.

I have a netbook cannot bootup. The model of the netbook is HP mini. I would like to ask is there anyways to recover my netbook ? If I wanted to reformat the netbook, is it using the same Installation Disc and procedures used for laptops ? Thanks and Best Regards.

You may have a problem.if it won't boot up,there is a good chance you have a virus that prevents it from starting properly.Another possibility is the ball bearings are broken.
