Looking forward to seeing my parents tomorrow!!!

My daughter and I are taking a trip to my parents tomorrow for a few days. Its about a 5 hour drive north of where we live. We haven't seen them in a while so I am really looking forward to it! They live in the country in the woods by the lake so its so pretty and peaceful and Zi know my little girl will have fun. Shed is just starting to say Grandma and Grandpa so I want to surprise them with that!

Have a good trip and enjoy your time with your parents. I am excited because next month I get to see my mom and her boyfriend and my sister and brother in law and my nieces we are going up north for a visit and my husbands band is playing at the Eagle's club my mom belongs to. I have not seen my mom and her boyfriend since mother's day and my sister and brother in law and nieces I have not saw since my step-dads memorial service last year over memorial day weekend.

Good for you. I can relate to your excitement, I have been living away from them for a couple of years now ever since I got married. And while I enjoy living my own life now and starting a new one with my husband, of course I miss having them around, my mom's cooking and all.
