I am not sure if I had started this type of discussion before but I hate when people call me and it just gets so annoying to hear that person call and don't even ask hey how are you or even ask what are you doing? No they call and go on and on about how they are doing so good at a new job and then counting on the phone and telling you how much their check is going to be and adding it out loud on the phone just talking over you! I could care less when it comes to money I don't call someone and go on and on about how much I have or don't have! I just get so annoyed but I had to answer the phone after several times of calling me and not answering better for me to talk on the phone than have that person at my door! Do people do this to you? And does it annoy you?

Oh, they're just sharing you how they feel at the moment. Next time that your friend or anyone who'd tell you and brag about money, just tell them to treat you somewhere expensive. Sometimes, some people would shut their mouths when you ask them for a blowout. LOL. I hope you won't get annoyed next time. Try to annoy them. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

It's really so annoying to hear a friend bragging about things he have in life. Sometimes, you would even think if what he is telling you is just purely bragging, because he don't actually have them.
Me, when i want to cut the call short, i would say, i have to go because my husband is already calling me. Then say bye and there it's stopped.

or simply hang up and say the signal is weak and you can hardly hear the words he/she was saying lols

Personally this can be quite annoying for sure. People who call just to talk and wanting to listen to themselves not caring one word about you or what is going on in your life. I know too many people like this, and it is a shame. There are people that I know who are like this in person, and often you see some of this type in places like Facebook as well. Sometimes people need to stop and think and remember the world does not just revolve around them.

I do too and she is one off them and I have blew up at her so many times and I try to keep my distance and now she is wanting me to work with her soon and I am happy working from home until later when things are all done around here I will fins a job outside of my home but for now this works out perfect for me, and I have worked with her several times and I could not take it! I told my husband nothing is impossible in this world but working with her? That is impossible if you only knew how loud she is and how many companies have fired her for being loud and rude! My husband said she is not your friend and I agree!! The only time she calls or comes over is whne she needs money or a favor like my husband working on her care for free? That stopped a long time ago! He told her sure I will fix it for a thousand dollars and she got mad but my husband works in a body shop and trust me that would be cheap compared to taking to some place like that for what she wants done! She is so annnoying but I try to tolerate her sometimes because sure she has been there for us at times but so so difficult to be around her.And I think we have helped her more times than she has helped us it really doesn't matter because I am at my witts end with her! Always blabbing when things go her way and blabbing about money I will have 720 dollars on my check then I am going to pay the bills then I am going to pay another bill blah blah blah! Shut up! I could care less Please just go away! That is what I feel like telling her! Just to get lost but the world would find her ther is no missing her big mouth sad to say. L.O.L.

Hi friend, some people are in this sort, they always talk about their activities and well as good things, they don't give time to us to explain about our activities. Surely anyone will get irritation with this kind of persons, as they called us to share about their good things and don't care about our welfare

I agree not even asking us about our day at all and just balbbering away with what they did all day and week and what bills and blah blah blah! Urrg! It gets so irritating!

What annoys me is when people call and they don't ask how you are, but want something form you. Good thing for caller I.D. because when you see the number you can ignore them. There are certain people that just call because they want us to do something for them or give them money!

Lol it happens to me a lot when i dont reply on facebook they would say check your phone i messaged you and if i still continue ignoring they would call me and will start their 100 pages story.. i try to listen to it at first but when i get tired listening i will say wow great! then hey let me call you back coz im already at work and theres a lot of customers buying already then she would say.. ok then i'll try to call u back bye!then thats it:)

Sounds like the same and I am doing the same thing say I am busy and need to go now. It is so annoying to hear people blab about the same thing over and over and every time they call

jahernandezrivas. It happens to me very often. I sing at mass, and so many women come to me after mass, wishing to talk to the priest or regarding for some info. But they don´t even say -hello- or -good morning- -hi- or what ever. For me this is so rude. So I stop them with a simply loud -hheelllooo- -hhhiii- - ggooodd affternooon- or what ever. And sometimes they smile becuase they notice their lack of politeness.

It sure does annoy me if I couldn't even butt in through the conversation. But I couldn't just hang up coz sometimes the enthusiasm of the person you are talking too is too high and I wouldn't to be called as rude. So what i just do is allow him/her to blab all he/she wants then politely say that I'll call her back coz I just need something done immediately.

Well, dear friend, even here in Italy, it happens a little at all, a fact very boring.
Almost all the work, they end up being call-center operators.
Every day, and I say mean everyone, I receive calls from operators ready to make me an offer, at first glance convenient. But it is not so!
Unfortunately, my phone number is written on the entire telephone directory of my city, and I know from experience that these people browse the list page by page calling a little at all, in some way trying to bamboozle the poor consumers!
However, I even say, immediately threw down the receiver, because I know that no one called me to let me win to me. First have to earn them!

No, I haven't experienced this yet. But,we have a neighbor here who is fond of talking out loud about money over the cellphone.Last week, while I was a few feet away from our gate, I saw our neighbor standing close to our garage,phone on her ears and saying : " you know I prefer time deposit blah blah..." I hurriedly open our gate and got inside the house and bang the door. She stopped talking.
Later on that same day, my dad went to our garage and started sweeping the floor. There came the old woman again and started talking about her dough again! So,I called my dad and said, " Dad! You forgot to put on your hearing aid!! ( My dad is hard of hearing. I just want to let the neighbor know haha!)
That would annoy me too!!
