increasing weight -- Be happy-- eat well-- especially fat foods like ghee, oil foods.Do not worry about anything like getting married or getting some relative married etc.

You are new to mylot. It is suggest that you make descriptive replies -- framed differently--depending on the response. Mylot encourages descriptive form of discussions. In fact I normally write only two or three lines. there are members who make it minimum five lines. i recommend three lines. We can always write more when we analyse any problem from -- how, why, what, when, where, which, who-- relating to it.

hi my friends..a while ago i answered to one discussion on how to loose weight now its so happen your asking on how to increase your weight..well my friend increasing your weight was theeasy part rather than loosing weight..What i did to increase my weight was that i ate lot of proteins like meat, any kind of meat of chicken, beef, food that rich in carbohydrates like rice, bread, and eat also vegetables and fruits..and if you think that would not be enough was that you can drink additional food supplements like vitamins like centrum, or any kind of vitamins that will stabilized your appetite to eat..hope my friend you increase your weight

Well, for starters I would like to know how much you weigh in pounds. Then I would say to eat lots of pizza, pasta, bread products. Lots of carbs actually. Eat some Chinese food, thats always good. Have some cake and candy and ice cream as well. You will gain weight real fast like that.

Well i can understand your problem as u are extremely underweight as far as your height is concerned. I can recommend u to go for a balanced diet filled with nutritious fruits and vegetables where u can not only gain weight but also stay in proper shape in stead of going for eating all the time which might make u overweight and cause problems after some time. Besides, u can consult a food doctor who can recommend u what should be taken in your diet that can enhance your body weight. Hope u will soon gain weight and get a proper body shape.
