There are some people who talk about 8 glasses of water a day. I`d say it much depends on several factors. One of them is, naturally, climate. In Summer, when it is hot, we must drink much more water than in Winter. A lighter colour urine means that you are not in need of so much water and your kidneys are having a light task.

My healer advised me to drink two glasses (500 ml) of water every two hours in a day to stay hydrated. At least in this way, I won't have to go to the toilet every few minutes. And I'm doing fine so far with this schedule. Maybe this can help you too.

The amount of liquid you should consume each day depends on your body weight, your level of activity and the temperature of your surroundings. All food contains much more water than you may imagine, so eating well and healthily is also important and contributes a larger amount than you think to your fluid intake.
A good rule of thumb is to make sure that your total fluid intake is somewhere between two and four litres. The most reliable guide to whether you are drinking enough water is to examine your urine. If it is pale yellow and you are passing water at least two or three times a day, then you are unlikely to be dehydrated. If your urine is dark and strong smelling, you should certainly be drinking more.
The bladder holds about half a litre of water. Water lost by perspiration and breathing and in other ways can account for half of your water elimination or more if the climate is warm or you perform heavy exercise. You would normally expect to pass about one and a half to two litres of urine a day. Much more than that and you are likely to be drinking too much, any less and you are likely to be dehydrating.

better to drink 5 to 7 litres of water everyday. drink a glassful water immediately after brush at morning. half an hour before and half an hour after meal drink one glass water everytime. before sleeping one glass water. between every two meals you should drink two glasses water or whenever you feel thirsty.

Not lot of water but at least 4 to 5 glasses in a day. I not count properly but approximately. At least 8 glass of water is good for body but I cant say intervals between each glass. When you need you drink.

The recommended daily allowance for drinking water is eight to ten glasses. I think ten is too much. You can probably get away with six glasses. One before and after each meal or whenever you feel thirsty. Drinking water is great for flushing out toxins accumulated in our body. Good that you came up with this question.
