I had made a previous discussion when I got an email saying congratulation you are YouTube partner . I have learn so much more about it . What YouTube did was change the name of the old monetization to partner but you dont get the necessary things like a full partner such as custom thumbnail . They are basically saying everyone is now a youtube partner but some have more ranks , when you grow your channel you will be able to unlock more features as you go along . The people that had full partnership before the update still do . You will no longer need to apply for the partnership program you will just be rank similar to how it goes here on mylot . Hope this information help someone .
