the candidates jokowi-Ahok is announced as the winner of quick count..
it`s not final announcement..
because we must wait KPU announcement..but the quick count result is similar with KPU result...
Foke-Nara with their logo, United Jakarta
and Jokowi-Ahok with their logo or slogan is New Jakarta
the result show that the Jakarta people choose the slogan New jakarta
maybe they are tired with many jakarta problems..
i can`t imagine the face of arrogant people like Sutan batu karang, Marzuki allie, Foke himself, Nara himself and another politicians from supporters of Foke-Nara candidates...
They have nightmares i think
especially for the candidates..
Their money is wasted useless..and it makes them are in debt maybe..
The commentator said that jokowi-Ahok is succesfully build a good image to the people..And his attitude, character are really different with Fauzi Bowo chracter...
His good records in solo had convinced many floating voter to choose him in Jakarta general election
there are jakarta citizens passion for following this democracy party..it was caused the factor of Jokowi-Ahok and the slogan for being New Jakarta..
A good hope..congratulations to Jokowi-Ahok
like the picture said, Goodbye Foke-Nara..throw away your arrogant...It will be the end of your effort when you underestimate your opponent..
I think the jakarta governor election can be good example for many province..It`s no guarantee you can win if many politic party support you..Just make sure that the people choose you in the day of election..It`s important that waiting the support from politic party..
The lesson from the party of democracy..I think many governor now had calculated that they should get support from the people (first) and then the politic party...
thanks foke-nara, your arrogant had made many people are tired and didn`t choose you anymore as their leader..

the new jakarta is tested by people after the inaugurating Jokowi-Ahok as governor and vice governor of DKI Jakarta
with facing the possibility of flood in the end of year, Jokowi must work quickly..
The canal for preventing flood maybe had been built..but he must operate and make the canal works as the planning..
The canal should reduce the chance of flood for many jakarta citizens...

the real leader can`t sleep well when he knows that his people is suffered..
The flooding, poverty, traffic jam are the common problems in Jakarta
he must consolidate too with the sattelite city like Depok, Bogor, Bekasi, Tangerang for doing together anticipating flood and traffic jam..

Look at the result of the quick count with the real count from KPU at the first round.
It's clear that Joko Wi-Ahok as the winner.
It mean that I or we as the Solo cityzen lost our Major.
But we do proud, cause it mean that Solo have a great people like Him.
Make our city will be known more then just a "city of the terrorist".
Like have been declare by some people.

DKI Jakarta election is a true lesson for everyone and for 2014 election. It is a big lesson to political party not underestimate people's voices. No matter how big is your coalition, but in the end it is the people who decide whom they will vote. People are getting smarter and cannot be fooled easily. People can make a calculation, if a candidate is backed up by many parties would she/he work for public or would she/he put his coalition party as priority? People learned from past mistake, where a leader that was backed up by coalition party always in dilemma because in a side he wants to serve people but in other side he is under pressure by coalition party. I think he is actually a good person, but he chose the wrong party.
When a candidate is being back up by coalition party, there must political deals and price to pay. So the candidate cannot focus on his work, but focus more on how he pay back the party that back him up during election.
Independent candidate or candidate who only supported by 1-2 party with strong figure becomes people's choice, because he isnt controled by political deals with other party, he is being independent and not let himself being controled by coalition.
Jokowi isnt a perfect person but he has good reputation plus so many achievement. If Jakarta's people want to see a new Jakarta, they shouldnt only depend on Jokowi but also they must be cooperate with Jokowi to build a new Jakarta. Jakarta wont change a lot if the people do not willing to change and start from a little thing.

it seems we agree each other
it means that we have same opinions about it..
my province will make the general election in november..
and i say that Jokowi win can be a good example for many candidates of governor that they can beat the current governor if they are trust people, have integrity, want to make the regional better, i just believe they can beat the current governor..

Jokowi's winning is people's victory. Do not underestimate people's voices, that is a big and strong message that we can learn from this election. I do not follow governor election in your province, in my province we wont have governor election but im quite happy of that. I trust the Sultan - king of Yogyakarta as the governor, it is made Yogyakarta as a special region and I trully hate it when people bash Yogyakarta has no democration, we are happy with our King and we dont worship him compared to God, but we love and respect him and his family for protecting the culture of Yogyakarta.
The real big duty of Jokowi has just begin and it wont be easy, he also needs to be aware from the illwill people who dont accept his winning. Damn low battery :p I'll be back later.

i don`t think the debate about Sultan role in your province because of comparison with the God..it`s not the truly root of the problems..
The problems when the central government and Yogyakarta citizens wish that central government want that DI Yogya province makes a direct general election too, so don`t like now when The sultan of Yogyakarta is automatically being a Governor of Yogyakarta..
The central government didn`t want like that..It`s not automatically position and it against the Yogyakarta citizens wish

good achievement for jakarta election especially how democracy applied in there. I have to say congratulation for jokowi ahok hope he can bring new jakarta in many aspect of life get even better and become reality. my only fear is governor position in parliement is weak since he not supported by major political party. but I am sure he can handle that. so welcome to the new jakarta.

Yes! This victory of Jokowi clearly shows the victory of the people over many political parties and may serve as a good example for other elections in the future. I am a big supporter of Jokowi, but I must say that I really appreciate Foke's act of congratulating Jokowi when the results came out and asked his supporters to refrain from violent acts to show their disappointment. Thank you Foke for these 5 years work, and hopefully Jakarta will be a better place under a better leader. It is up to us now to fully support Jokowi in his policies to become closer to our vision of having a 'New Jakarta' :)

Indeed. Hahaha, I guess the reason why he could not sleep last night is thinking about all the money used and the debts which have to be paid for the promotional session during the election ;p
