bbm issue: need help please!

This happens because the request is still pending to be approved on the other end. Until the other user don't accept the request you can't add them to your list. There are also some other reasons because of that it's seeing you that authorization is needed. First of all be sure that your devices is provisioned for BBM or not. If not then contact your service provider to set it up. Check PIN or Email of your Contacts. If you are entering any wrong PIN or Email address ask your contacts to provide you a new PIN and cancel the old request and add the contact again. Sometimes problems occur due to the network delays. Still your problem is not solved then verify your BBM, is it properly installed or not? If its not then reinstall BBM. hope this information helps you to solve your problem.
