Benefits of regular eating

It is suggested by many doctors that a person should eat something like fruits and other stuffs regularly as it is beneficial for health and by doing it, one can reduce gastric problems

Eating regularly indeed benefits us a lot.For our stomach thus exercise right and our health condition can be good.My dad always tell me to exercise body a lot,so that's also helpful if we wanna get better health condition.Stomach is such an important part in our body.

True,.. I always eat regularly but I over ate in a day.. A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with High Cholesterol and a heart disease.. So it is important to eat but should also choose what to eat.. fruits and vegetables are often not visible on my table so this is what I get now...

Yes, we should eat regularly but it's preffered if we can eat the fruits and vegetables regularly too, so we can keep being healthy.

yeh, I think people should have breafast, lunch and supper regulary and eat fruits everyday, which can make a man/woman keep healthy. I often eat fruits and vegetables every day, eat seafood every other day, and eat meat three times a week.

yes, it is of human nature that we eat regularly. hunger is simply excruciating and punishing that we do not like it. besides, eating itself is very rewarding and enjoyable. eating fruits particularly has important benefits to our health. aside from reducing health risks and problems, they are sweet and good tasting.

Yes it true, eating fruits and vegetables is something necessary for us. In reality, human beings should be herbivore in nature, because we are made to eat the fruits and vegetables around us. Eating meat is just secondary..

regular eating is best because it is supposed to be like that if you want to keep away from any health problems. I have my grandmother who has her timings of eating fixed and she will not miss it. She has had this routine for eating like since she was young. Now she is 90 plus and still fit I can say. she has no health problems apart from weak bones. She lately got a minor heart attack and we saw her first time in hospital. But she is fine now. So eating regularly keeps away from health issues. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

it is definitely a fact. Body needs vitamins too for health benefits and it gives us a boost as well. When i start eating apples a day, i feel more healthier and does not get tired much anymore :)
