Dogs really make me company

I've had to leave my dogs occasionally for a few weeks at a time and I do really miss them. They sleep in my bed, follow me around the house and comfort me when I get upset, so you really do notice their absence. I currently have 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, and 1 rabbit. When i move out I plan on getting a dog. But they do keep your company, its lonely without them. I know when I go away I feel so lonely without them in the bed.

hi powerpg, Yes!Actually my dogs can sense if I am not in good mood they can't speak but they have the way to comfort me and it takes my sadness away. happy mylotting

When i was small i had a dog who use to be with me all the time. Whether i am sleeping or studing or playing or eating . He was like a shadow to.me and now when he is no more i really miss him a lot.

I just caught my mom crying with her dog before when he just got separated from my father. I think she chose our dog because she was a little ashamed to express her own feelings. Because we knew that she was strong. I just let her cry with him and she got okay after it. I think dogs are really worth keeping. It's not just to protect us but also to give use care when we needed them most. :) Sometimes dogs are much better than a friend. :)
