Wearing glasses can be a nuisance but you will grow accustomed to them. It is much more of a problem to not be able to see properly. Be glad that you eye doctor had a remedy for you.

Once you started to wear it slowly you will comfortable with the same. My elder son was wearing spectacles from class 2. I become much upset to hear the news from doctor, he should wear the spectacles till the age of 20. But last year his spectacles removed as he improved with his vision (now he is 11 years old). I am happy but he was bit upset, as his friends started to say, he was good looking with specs than without the specs.

I may suggest your buying another spectacles say after a month and keep the same as a reserve. I have two spectacles for use.

Hi thewonderboy, I think once you get used with your spectacles you wont find its boring anymore and you wont consider yourself ugly, its can help you for better eyesighs. Many people looks great with spectacles hahaha in the past time we have a joke that wearing spectacles means you are a genius because it shows that you read a lot...that because in the past time internet, computer, video game werent invented yet. Dont worry thewonderboy, you can ask the optician to help you select the best spectacles that suits for you. Or you can browse in internet which type of frame that suits your facial shape.

People wareing specticles for diifernt kind of purposes. Some of them are waring it as a fashio. some of them are waring for prevent from illnesess. some of them are waring specticles such as sun glasses to protect from the sun light. So you can see the people waring the specticals differnt kind of purposes. If the doctor say to ware a specticles for your disease please ware it. Because if you don't ware it you have to happen improve the disease very badly. So please accept the doctor;s consultation.

? What exactly are you talking about? You have bad eyes and need specatacles or you already have one? There are so many specatacles you can choose/buy so what is the problem? At the moment it's also modern, a hype to wear spectacles. You see them here everywhere in nearly each shop. Even with normal glasses so people who don't need them are buying/wearing them. It's modern to have them. BTW if you have bad sight there are not many options or you have to buy contact lenses or be "blind" if you prefer that more.

You don't really need to worry if the spectacles will match you or not. The most important is to get a spectacle that fits your eyes sight. You better go for suitable person to make a pair. If the spectacle does not fit your eyes, you may get headache and pain in your eyes. Eventually your eye sight would get worse and worse. Be careful there my friend.
