I don't know any programming stuff before but when I tried to study it, it's just so easy. Just try and do some trial and error, you will learn actually without any formal schooling on programming.

i want to put up my own but don't have the time to study PHP...i plan to use it because it makes your website dynamic...i also plan to buy my own domain eventually...:)
