Help desk to myLot

Is there a help desk to myLot.I think it is necessary.We may add discussion or a picture and we want to remove from the part of the discussion the help desk would be of great help.It is enough to request to myLot and the and administrators can remove it on request.I think it needed and my friends may kindly respond to it.
