I want to make a special flavored ice cream

I love ice cream and although I do not have a machine I love trying different flavors. I also know that if you use different milks like heavy cream or half and half it will change the flavor of your ice cream. It can add a smoother or heavier feel and other differences. You can also try mixing a bit of milk and cream. I am also sure pumpkin flavored ice cream will be quite delifghtful and perfect for this time of year. What other unusual flavors have you made?

You should try durian ice cream. It is so yummy. Can I make ice cream without the ice cream maker?

Oh ice cream is one of my favorite dessert. Even the simple vanilla is really delicious. Chocolate and double dutch are my favorites. Pumpkin flavored ice cream is quite new and exciting for me. Don't know how to make one but if i had a chance to learned maybe I would try a carrot flavored one.

Try something with strawberry. It may works.

Ice cream is my yammy.Vanila vanila with chocochips and chocolate syrap its good combination.Another one is that butterscotch with chocochips and honey nice combination try for that.

When I was in graduate school and spending late hours in the lab, a couple of the other guys and I would make ice cream as a break to have something nice to eat. We would use a very simple recipe that my mother gave me and use liquid nitrogen to freeze the ingredients into ice cream. We would pour a little of the very cold liquid nitrogen into the container with the ingredients and stir. Since there were three of us, one person would start as the stirrer and go till he got tired and then another would take over. By the time the first person completed a second time at stirring we would have ice cream of the proper thickness, etc. Even though it was a simple plain vanilla ice cream it really hit the spot in the wee hours of the night and made for a nice break from doing research.

Pumpkin ice-cream?? Ummm yuuummmm, that sounds really good. I think that I should get an ice-cream machine, because I really like ice-cream a lot. I think that I would probably like the ice-cream that I make for myself a lot better. That way I can monitor and change how much milk and sugar and cream I put into each batch.

I love ice cream too but they make me put on lot of weight and I am avoiding them for now. I have never tried making ice cream. i think it must be an art to do it. I always wonder how ice creams are made whenever i eat them. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Hmm, I've never tasted pumpkin flavored ice cream before, but I'm sure it'll taste delicious. For some unusual flavored ice cream that I have eaten is black sesame ice cream. That's so delicious. It's from Japanese restaurant, even now I'd love to try it again. Just it's a little costly.
