Proper diet

I read somewhere that it is not good to skip breakfast and then eat heavy for lunch. Because of busy lifestyle, most working people skipped breakfast because of hurrying to go to work. When they come to their workplace they start the day without anything on their stomach, and then eat a lot for lunch. This may cause stomach upset. So i think it is really important to eat something before starting the day. I usually have sandwich, banana and water for breakfast. How about you?

When my schedule is tight, i usually have coffee and biscuits / muffin for breakfast. But when i'm not tired the previous day, i can still manage to wake up early to cook something. And of course when it's day off, i usually go with brunch to have enough sleep.

hey nice discussion. Well i would like to bring a valid point here that most of us do not find time to have a proper breakfast and this is the reason why most of us have health problems. It has always been advised to have breakfast like a king, lunch like a common man and dinner like a pauper. having a heavy lunch is always a bad idea. I appreciate your breakfast diet and i hope everyone get a lesson from u.

hi,
even my body is slim and i am contented having this kind of body,but of course we still need to have a proper diet to avoid diseases,i am always make sure that i always eat fruits everyday and drink of plenty water and sometimes i drink warm water too.
