I came from a country where extreme volume of mass population is a problem(since from there came these problems such as malnutrition, robbery being made by youngsters, beggars, etc.). Hence, I wonder if it will be worth to implement the reproductive health bill which will allow couples to use contraceptive materials to prevent unwanted/unplanned birthing of a baby?

Hey thanks a ton for the crucial discussion.
Well i think this bill should be introduced as soon as possible. This will give people a freedom of controlling their family. Also it will be instrumental in controlling the population as a whole. I hope this bill is introduced very soon for the betterment of the common people.
What say?

I am also thinking about it in that manner. Because currently, the population as a whole is so much saturated by those people who're not able to support a family and at the same time, deaf as to the preaching that are being made by the Church. So I think, the government has its right to do whatever actions that might be needed to solve its community. That is, through the introduction of this bill.
