hello srikool. congratulations on your baby reaching a year old. What a wonderful age.
You can start feeding your baby from the table as long as you mash it up good for Him. Don't salt it too much.or use spices because they can upset s babies tummy. By the time my four babies were a year old they demanded to have what they saw us eating. They were wanting to feed them selves by that time too. They would grab a handful in each hand as they tried to figure out if they were right or left handed. one thing you can do is check the Jr. baby food to see what they have to offer and go from there. Be sure to give him plenty of water along with the food. Be sure he get plenty of fruits and vegetables too. I'ed wait for a while to give him whole meats yet.

When my son turned a year old last year, i started feeding him rice and vegetables like potatoes, chopped chicken meat and some pasta too! He's a hearty spaghetti eater. Eggs are also good for babies, just the boiled one. Sometimes, I feed him scrambled eggs and omelet. Just stay away from junk foods like chips and candies as that is not good for his health and teeth.

First it is good to get on a time schedule in feeding your baby. It will take a bit of work, but it will help you.
Depending on what time you get up in the morning, your feeding schedule can be something like:
7:00 AM--Breakfast
10:00 AM-Snack
12:00 PM-Lunch
3:00 PM--Snack
6:00 PM--Dinner
Whatever works for you. It could be breakfast at 8, snack at 11, lunch at 1...whatever, just try to keep your baby on a schedule. It will help you to see how much he eats and when. Like, he may not be hungry at ALL at his 10:00 snack, or he may not want to eat lunch at 12, but you won't know this until you stay on a pretty good schedule for about 2 weeks. You may need to only feed your baby 4 times a day, but in order to know this, he needs to be on some type of schedule.
Also, feeding your baby on a schedule lets him know that food is coming. Sometimes when kids have no idea when they are going to eat (because they can't tell time, but if you feed them on schedule, they know), they may eat too much when given something to eat. If your baby knows that food is coming on a regular basis, then his eating patterns will even out.
For breakfast: baby fruit, still from a jar, can be good.
Oatmeal with a bit of butter and sugar.
Toast, with butter, soaked in a bit of milk.
Cream of wheat.
Malt-o-meal.
Scrambled eggs, cut up really small.
Very small pieces of bacon, cut up verysmall maybe mixed in with the eggs.
Canned peaches, or pears, cut up very small.
Pancakes, syrup
For lunch, dinner, snack: Peel and boil potatoes, let them cool, mash them up with a fork, add a little butter and salt.
Dressing, from the box, mixed with some jellied cranberry sauce.
Chicken cooked, cut up really small, almost like a paste.
Cornbread soaked in milk.
Tiny pieces of muffin.
Tuna mixed with mayo, given in very small spoonfuls.
You can feed your baby a lot of things, just make sure that the pieces are small enough for him to handle and 'gum' so that he can eat it.
It all depends on what your baby likes. If he likes certain foods, give them to him, if he does not like it, don't force him to eat it. He'll let you know what he likes, because he'll eat what he likes. There are millions of types of food out there, you don't have to force your child to eat what they don't like.
There are also many websites out there that give moms ideas about what to feed their one year old, check those sites out.
