Is it allowed to copy my part of discussion on my blog?

I have started the whole blogging and am still two months new here. Can I talk about the same thing I discussed here on mylot on my blog? I would think as long as I didn't mention names specifics etc. other peoples comments just my own. Or could I write about it like it was about a friend? Or could I advertise mylot like my link or discussion links? Unconfuse me please!?

I would assume you could as it doesn't seem like a big deal but just in case I would check the terms of use
