I have so many complaints in life

But I know that it would do me no good to complain. I just need to learn to be thankful and hopefully that I would be able to appreciate what life has for me for now. I didn't have a good start on my day. Not that someone made me angry or anything. Just my thought pattern is not good again. I have so many things going on my mind. So it's taking away my good positive outlook in life. I'm trying hard and fighting hard to think positive thoughts. It's a battle that is waging war on my thoughts. So I would need to bring down all those negative thoughts. And just let those negative thoughts stay. It's not something I can do passively. I do try to work hard for it also.

Keep trying and trying :) i also try to do that too because just like you i also have many things to complain about my life. But we know that complaining is not good anymore and i ever read the quote like this : "Never complain about your life now because in the future you will regret and wish you can live back to that moment" And i think its right. Here's a true story as example : a year ago i complain about why i have a friend like that who always careless and sometime makes me don't like her. But now, after i moved in to another city i regret that time when we can have fun together, while now i don't even have a friend that want to accompany me to go hangout at school together.. Thats why now if i want to complain, i will think back to that moment and how i regret that. That way i could easily be positive :)

Listen to me friend. If you don't want to look the world in a nagative way, you should stop trying hard to have a good positive outlook. I think you must confused about my meaning.What I trying to tell you is: When someone pray for something,it only shows he/she is so devoid of it. And the more you concentrate on this thing what you devoid the more you'll upset your heart. What you should do is get rid of your thought,do not let it be your master.Most of the time thought is unuseful,For example, you felling sad when thought tell you something like "My boyfriend is cold to me recently,I think he doesn't love me anymore,what should I do...",but in fact,maybe your boyfriend is just has some problems in his work. I don't know if you can understand what I'm saying.My English is not very good. Finally,I'm gonna tell you a way to get your thought out of your mind.When you feel sad, disappointed,painful,not to think about the thing which upset you again and again,and concentrate on your breath,close your eyes and to feel how is the oxygen go into your nose,pass through your throat and arrive your hear,just breath intently.Then when you open your eyes look at views in front of you, you'll find that everything is so beautiful and all of your troubles gone away.
