New phone

Hi mylotters, My network coverage has left me alone. I find no signal but a bit at my workplace. Nokia Care said that I have to undertake the risk of going dead while mending the phone is Nokia 3120c.
Now I want to buy a new phone, screen of which will be large, keypad of which will be easy to press, emails(including attachments) in which can opened fully, data speed of which will be fast, which will a substitute to a netbook and price saving. My budget is 150 dollars.
Wont you please suggest me anything. You all stay fine.

T-mobile has a really good data plan. I recommend getting one of their smartphones (example: HTC or Palm!) These smartphones are really something and I use my internet 50% of the time when not on my laptop. I have the HTC wildfire but that doesn't have a keypad but you can flip it sideways and use the touchscreen like one.
