THIS WAS WEIRD THE OTHER DAY: I made my coffee Thursday night and set the timer on the coffee maker for 6:30 am Friday. Then I went to bed and set the timer on the t.v. to go off in one hour and to come back on at 6:00am Friday morning. NEITHER ONE CAME ON FRIDAY MORNING. The power hadn't gone out, everything else in the house was working......the t.v. and the coffee maker were both still working. I turned them on manually Friday morning..... There was something I didn't know that my coffee maker and t.v. apparently did...., that for some reason I was not supposed to wake up on time. Friday morning. Although, oddly I did without either one them's help!!, Has anyone else ever had their appliances conspire against them? There's definitely a conspiracy going on....lol!

I guess this is what had happened: You fell asleep, so sound your sleep was, too deep, that the alarm sound from both appliances did not wake you up. It happened to me several times, especially when I was so tired and so fast asleep.

Thats entirely possible, although I do have recognize the fact that the timer on the TV is simply no longer working. Or I'm completely retarded. I tried again to set the timer to go off at 6:00, and it did not. So I guess I just have to face reality that won't be pleasantly awakened with a sitcom, rather then a blasting alarm from a cellphone or actual alarmclock! or well.
