Hey Devilova,
Did you manage to figure things out? I see that you wanted to write them and complain about it.
I left Neobux for about 1 year and a half and when I rejoined I used the same paypall account and the same e-mail address. I just had to change the username. I even used the same password. HAHAHAH! :)
Did you try the options "I've lost my password" or "I can't remember my e-mail address" to see what happens?

I think registering with a new account is the best way to get back to Neobux. Try a new e-mail address and another username and probably it will work. And best of luck to you!

You have to join with the new paypal id and new user name. You can add the one or more email id with the current paypal id so ultimately payment reaches at right place.

There are a lot of similar questions in their forum. I found experts answering as no objection to re enter as a new member using the same IP, e- mail and Paypal id, but with new username.

Inactive accounts are temporery suspended for 30 days and then permanently suspendeded for further 60 days. I think it isn't treated as a serious fault, as so many such members are getting new accounts. You may be trying within this period. Former e-mail id may cause problem as it is linked with banned username. Try after that period with a seperate e-mail id and username.

You can create another account on neobux just by changing your IP and clearing your browser's cache and cookies. But you can't use the same paypal address. You have to make a new account on Paypal otherwise neobux would not let you make another account. My previous account was banned and I created a new one. It's very easy. Anyways what has happened to your account, is it banned or something else ?

Hi Max!
I know for sure you can use the same Paypal address and the same e-mail address to create a new account on Neobux. I know because I did that. I was absent for about 1 year and a half an when I returned I just had to give them another username because they didn't accept one that was already used even if the account was deleted due to inactivity.

Maybe you should contact their support they are having one of the best support system.
Tell them about this and maybe they will disable your old account permanently and than u can use your old paypal account.
But never use one paypal adress for two neobux account

I did it, i had a pay pal some years ago. And i register again, i lost "all" my money there, but i could register with the same paypal
