I need advice about an official.

Hello, I need some advice in what to do about a "blue". I play softball in a town. In this town we have 4 fields we could be scheduled to play on. Well I play 4 games every week and the season is just starting. ANYWAYS There is an ump (field3) that hates our team, he has told other teams he hates us. Its to the point when we bat he is looking at other games, no matter what its a strike. If a call is close then it automatically goes to the other team. Now this only happens when we play on his field, but over half our games this set are on his field. Now in stride my team sucks it up and just trys to play harder so there are no close calls, but now this is starting to lead to serious injuries. A player has broken their arm, another player broken their wrist, a player being hit in the head and knocked out, and I am headed to the doctor today for an injury to my wrist, and many many scrapes and bruises. Softball is competitive, I get that, thats why I play, but its also suppose to be fun. Its not fun when an ump is against your team, and players are getting hurt from trying to make it so calls are not up to the ump. I need to know what to do? I dont live in this town, just play 4 games a week there.
