They say you're suppose to drink 8 glasses of water a day but I find that too much. What i doe is drink half my body wait in ounces. I find it much easy. Who knows maybe thats more than 8 glasses! Anyway, they say you need that amount of water for healthier skin, hair and just overall health. Like seriously now i just think that bull. I drink water more than anything. For a whole year now all I have been drinking is water and fruit juices like lemonade. I only has a soda like 3 times and it was even a whole bottle each time. If i had to add up the three time i had soda it would just be like half of a whole bottle. I dont see no change in my health. My skin has gotten better, it doesnt help my acne or nothing! Once again just another myth. I live a very healthy life style. Each day i always get in my fruits and veggies. I only eat fast food like every 3 months so no.. I highly doubt its because of my lifestyle

Yes.. It is right. We should drink 6-8 glasses of water every day. But unfortunately i don't like drinking too much water. Some days i drink 3 glasses of water in a day.. But sometimes i had to drink 12 -13 glasses of water. Instead of water i would like to drink soft drinks or lemonade.

Yes, you are supposed to drink eight glasses of water per day, however you have to remember that a lot of the liquid will come from the foods that you eat as well. If you eat things like fruit and vegetables then there is a lot of moisture in these and this would certainly count. It doesn't have to be pure water either; even your early morning hot drink counts towards your limit. If you have one drink in the morning and evening and then a drink with your lunch and dinner then you're probably most of the way towards your 8 glasses. I have recently started drinking more water and I have also noticed the difference in my skin and overall health so it is certainly worth trying your best with it.

I think 8 glass of water is nice for full day but some people drink it and some not. Skin is good if drink more water I not heard this. But yes some disease may be less because body is feeling fresh if drinking proper water.

Personally, I drink up to 2 liters water a day, but it highly depends on my fisical efforts. I like taking a small bottle, when I go out of home, so I can be sure I will always have it, when needed. Recently I read an article about a woman, drinking 40 liters a day... It was a kind of illness.

You really don't have to drink that much each day. But I do find that when I drink tons of water each day my skin clears up a little and seems healthier. It takes a lot of water every single day to do that and I'm not good about keeping up with it. When I drink water like that every day it makes my stomach feel bloated and then I end up having to go to the bathroom every 2 minutes. I'd rather just have a little water each day than overdoing it and not even seeing results.
I think to make your skin better and hair healthier you need to be drinking like a gallon of water each day because just a few glasses isn't going to do much. I have a friend who drinks water everyday and occasionally will have lemonade or tea. Even though she drinks it every day she still gets acne and the water doesn't seem to do a lot.

Yes, drinking at least 8 glasses of water is good for your health. It helps your body in cleaning out the toxins and keeps your skin hydrated. You may not notice it now but in the long run, having insufficient water in your body is bad.

Hi, drinking water is really good for our health as prescribed by doctors and health enthusiasts. Since our body is made up of 60% water, we really need to replenish the water we lost due to sweating and urination. Drinking water first thing in the morning also boosts our internal organs to prepare us for the new day.
