Citizens want the Congress to legalize Bomb?!?!

A broad array of civic, religious, ethnic group have banded together to lobby Congress for the right to bare bombs. The U.S. Constitution states that "a well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." These groups want Congress to clarify that their 2nd Amendment Rights extend to explosive devices, such as M67 fragmentation grenades, MK3 concussion grenades, as well as Improvised Explosive Devices, pipe bombs or Molotov cocktails that citizens can build at home. :)

Yeah, Good luck to them on trying to get Congress to do anything this year.
On a more serious note, it likely won't fly. There won't be enough support. It likely won't even get out of committee. But if they want to waste money on lobbying efforts, that's their choice.

A variety of explosives are already legal and regularly used for things like construction and demolition. As almost any use for a hand grenade is illegal anyway, so not sure what the point is.

i dont think so,if this happens more no of outbreaks.will happen in huge nos and create mass destruction nevertheless

I thought such devices were already legal. You can find sites all over the internet that show how to make pipe bombs using simple, easy to obtain objects. It would be virtually impossible to regulate anyone that really wanted to have explosives.
