Early morning today there was someone knocking the door and calling out to hubby. It was like something past 6am. Hubby got up and saw his friend ready to go jogging. Hubby was lazy and was making excuses so that he could go back to sleep..lol But his friend would not give up. He needed a partner and they had planned to start exercise from today. He was jumping and making rounds around the house. He was so full of energy, OMG..lol So at least they started today though it was less exercise and more chit chat... So have to sleep early today because he is

Hi!
Early morning walk is good for everyone. If your hubby could afford to get up early he should better go for a walk (and if possible you too). Our laziness keeps us away from physical activities and this could be troublesome for our health. Hope your hubby's friend will keep your hubby active and would regularly take him for a walk.

I wish I also have a friend like that; I would let her drag me out of bed just to have a run. I do jog a couple of times a week, but I admit I have the lazy times. Especially whenever my body starts feeling a bit sore, which is an indication of a good workout, I always stop then I have to begin all over again.

That is great that the friend disn't give up! It is so important to have a Buddy for exercising to keep you motivated when you don't feel like doing anything, and also to keep them motivated when they are not so keen on the idea. Hopefully, getting into the routine this week will get both of them on a nice schedule!
