I though it was normal due to the whether change. However it is now warm where I am and yet I have running nose every morning with sneezes. What might be the problem with me? What do you think may be the cause of this allergy?

I've been having the same problems since 2008. My doctor said it was allergic rhinitis. Then another said it was sinusitis. I tried to endure it for years. I thought I just need to get used to it. However, about 2 weeks ago, I couldn't endure it any longer. It was already accompanied by difficulty of breathing so I decided to visit my doctor. I found out that I already have asthma. The doctor explained to me the difference between rhinitis and sinusitis. Maybe you're having rhinitis. You need to observe your lifestyle, your surroundings. You need to avoid allergens like dust, pollens, fibers, etc. You need to know what's causing your allergy so you can avoid it. But the best way to treat that is to visit your doctor.

Noone can tell you the cause of an allergy and even doctors have to do a lot of tests to know what´s the problem. The cure is not so easy either, because some people are allergic to several things.
