I'm honesty someone who struggles to eat veges. I just don't know why I don't like veges yet I quite understand their importance as far as my health is concerned. Anything that can motivate my appetite fro vegetables?

I did not like veggies much when I was a child. Later in life I discovered that it was because my mom had a maid that overcooked them. She left them with no taste at all. Veggies are not all the same. Try some raw, steamed, sauteed, baked. They will taste different. If anything, undercook them. They taste better al dente. Many people will not eat cooked carrots but will love carrot and orange juice (raw). Raw zuchinni cut thinly with a bit of mayo and coarse mustard (Dillon a l`ancienne)is completly different from a steamed zuchinni or a zuchinni souflee). Check online for recipes and pictures that will open your apetite.

Do you have a family member who is a good cook? You can ask him/her if he/she could cook delicious dish with vegetables as main ingredient. I used to be like you who loves to eat meat, but I realized that being a meat eater won't make me healthy at all. So I started eating vegetables in form of green salads and used delicious healthy dressings (not mayonnaise) to spice up the dish.

now in days you can replace those vitamins you do not eat with pills and such.
i always hated veggies, and my allergies to seafood limits my food pyramid
so i try my best to eat new things.
i noticed that when i was younger i was never given any veg. today i dislike them, but i make an effort to taste them from different cooks because i find my self liking a few plates from different places.
motivation to why eat veggies? don't think there's one, other then the ghost will take you away if you do not eat them... lol
