make it by hand or by computer? / myLot

birthday card - This is the birthday card I made for the boy who want my e-card. I have made it 10 times smaller than original image.Actually it's rich in detail.My friend will be very happy!

There are two of my friends I should make birthday cards for. One(a boy) asks for e-card but one insists in my hand-draw card. In fact, I'm really good at drawing pictures but I can use photoshop to make more beautiful efforts and also put on the pictures of my friend and I. In the light above, I suppose e-card can be more beautiful. What do you think about that?

I think making one with your hands will be more valuable to your friend and why nit he or she admires your work so much. I am for the one, make it by hand. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead

I always appreciate hand written notes. I just like the fact that someone actually wrote it and not just typed it. E-cards are pretty but not as pretty as hand written notes are. I would suggest on drawing and writing it yourself. I think the imperfection of your writing makes that difference. E-card are just so generic.

why not just draw something scan it, use Photoshop to fix it, add background ect. and it will be perfect :)

thanks for your suggestions dear friend! though my obstinate but lovely friend ask for my completely hand-draw card(maybe I should be happy she is so confident in my drawing skills.),I think it will be great if i use both way to make a card.
