In one of my newsletter subscriptions, I noticed this phrase "outside of the box thinker". Honestly, this is the first time I encounter this kind of words. Please excuse my ignorance. Can you tell/ explain its meaning?

For me Man Tony , it means that we should go beyond what are the normal answer to questions. That we should go beyond the possible answers.
Just my thought. . .

Hi,
I also didn't know the meaning of the phrase "outside of the box thinker". But after reading other responses of mylot friends I came to know the meaning of this phrase. Thinking differently or uniquely or giving solutions differently than generally other people can not think.

This is a re-statement of the common phrase 'thinking outside the box' which means thinking about a problem in a novel, unusual or unexpected way about a problem to solve it in a way no one had thought about before.
Though it's commonly used in management speak it is a common English phrase that can be applied to any problem or puzzle.
