Love moves in mysterious ways. Love means blah blah blah etc etc Some relationships are hard to understand. Some look/sound foolishness, some seems unreal. And here's one relationship that says "They are meant for each other, but not meant to be together" WHY? Maybe this line is applicable for those forbidden love, online love, young love....what else? Never regret for a lost love, it was meant for you and be thankful that once in your life you were given the chance to hold that love and someone. But, you are not meant to be together because that someone belongs to his/her owner. Have a great day everone jaiho®- not meant to anyone 9-25-2012 10:18pm Tuesday PT

Guess I always knew inside... I wouldn't have you for a long time... Those dreams of yours are shinin' on distant shores and if they're calling you away I have to right to make you stay....

Ouch! You just hit me, bullseye! But I guess some people do come to our lives to make us happy when we need it most but sadly, could not stay to be with you forever. And for that, all I can say is "I'll be seeing him in my next lifetime".........

hello jenny, Oh oh my darling...don't worry, you are not alone for sure. Falling in love is always sweet, whether it comes to realization or not

Well, let me start this way. No one has an owner, no one should ever be owned by another. But two people that are meant to be together and made for each other should be together. I understand if they are going with someone else, but that is no reason that the two people in love should not be together. I was in a situation like this before. This girl was going out with a family member and we both cared about each other, a lot. But she was not leaving him, so I never bothered to interfere. But many years later I did wind up with her. So, serendipity, destiny, whatever you want to call it is inevitable.

hello inertia, Yah, love is not to own. No one owns the other and no has the right to claim someone. But it happens to be that way (sometimes) I am just saying that, a lost love shall not meant to make someone feel bitter. I do believe in destiny and "why" has no place, once it happen. Thanks for the share and have a great day

You're welcome. I just feel that if two people were meant to be together then it will happen at some point in their lives. But having the feeling of ownership over someone is totally off the hook.

I've been in a situation where I would easily agree that this line came into play. You just love this person but she is so far away that you can only talk over the phone without a possibility of meeting in the foreseeable future. Sometime due to insufficient finance neither of you can travel to meet the other. Love they say?

hello Jatelo, Love is considered consummated anyway. It doesn't need to materialize physically- but the immeasurable bond and connection is enough for that love to be considered consummated. thanks and have a great day

Hi sweety! Well, I am sure you know of the story behind Nai and I. We still hold a strong love for each other but we know it could never work. Safer for us to be brothers! :)

I can relate to that - meant for each other but not meant to be together. Ya know that feeling when you can relate well to someone and you can speak freely about personal stuff to each other without even being ashamed of it because you know the other is experiencing or has experienced similar situations. You can even relate about spiritual stuff but some circumstances just won't eventually favour the two of you being together. Nothing to do but move on.

I have heard of things like this all of the time, and was in this kind of situation with a guy when I was younger. I first met him because he was dating my best friend on and off. They were never the best couple, and him and I always got on better than the two of them. He was like my soul mate, and then they split up and he told me that he wanted us to be together. This upset me because, although I liked him very much, I knew that I couldn't be with somebody who my best friend had been with because I would never want to be the one to upset her in that way. So I do think that we were meant for each other but we never quite got together.

hello Gem, Wow, what a story. I admire you for your principle. Actually, yes...I will do the same thing if I am in your shoe. It's between friendship and personal feelings. Not everyone can do sacrifices like what you did. You're a great friend and person- your friend is so lucky to have you
