Hearing the song... "alone again.. naturally" .. booohuhuhuhuhu...
Is there such thing as perfect one? What is forever for if a lot of couples break up, turn against each other, makes other lives miserable???
Sometimes I imagine myself in front of computer then typing the characteristic I want from a guy then input my credit card then after a week a guy will show up in my front door. Hahahahaha it is like ordering a dress online. I wish that is easy as 1, 2, 3..
A sad thought :( With all the hi-tech gadgets we have, with all the bridges built, with all the transportation we have... why is it we are still poor in our communication with each other. People misunderstood each other. Love degrades.
Sometimes I wish we go back to old era wherein the only communication is only through letters that takes more than a week or months to reach the receiver. I remember watching a movie before and the only communication the couple have was through letter. They survived the long distance relationship and it even made their love stronger. But now, there are people/couples who are just an inch away but it seems that they are nautical miles away with each other.
I feel happy for those who finally find their perfect love. For those of us who have not, let's keep our fingers cross and keep our faith to God :) Someday the right one will come unexpectedly.

Ironic isn't it? that we have an advance technology in communications, yet we struggle in our relationships, when its supposed to enhance it. Unlike in the old days, I can tell that values such as persistence, sincerity, and loyalty are their ingredient in making their relationship work even through letters only. I too, wonder how hard it must be for lovers then, but I can't help but admire them.
But I believe that there can also be a perfect relationship in the modern time. I think that love will never grow too old fashioned or outdated with age. Yes, perfect love still exist. I think this is when you nurture your partner as an individual who also has to grow as a person with you.
As they say, don't rush in love as there is a someone God has reserved for you in His perfect time:)

Sorry, I did not mean perfect relationship in the modern time. I'm saying that there can also be an ideal relationship as much as in the old times, just in a different setting.

There is no such thing as perfect love. You have to take love for what it is. You are going to have your good days, your bad days, your ups, your downs, and you are going to go through things that you have never been through before. Love isn't easy, and it can be complicated at times. You have to really fight to make it work.

I think a lot of people want to try and find a perfect love, but I don't think that this is possible. So many people settle for a partner who is not right for them because they're obsessed with the thought of being able to find love with somebody, and this means that their relationship is never going to be good for both of them. You can get a great love with a good partner, but I don't think that there is ever a perfect love, because every couple will have arguments even though they might be the perfect people for each other.

We are now in a very wide world that people now seemed to have gone too liberated in their decisions. Take for example a couple in a long distance relationship. As you stated, their distance is one reason that they make each other love more because they just seem to get the excitement everytime they will have the chance to be together. it is like they are taking the challenge of surviving the relationship despite the distance. But now, couples who are apart could not even hold on to a day without dating another! Then would text his/her partner and say that things could happen between them and that they are better off as friends. What the....? That is another example of getting any partner any time that you want. The sincerity is loss forever.
